Indented writing

Pressure from writing may leave marks on a sheet underneath.

Forensic methods

An indentation is a change in the surface of the paper. A flat scan can miss a mark that is physically present. A laboratory selects an examination method suited to the sheet and its condition.

If a blank sheet from a pad seems to carry faint writing, avoid pencil rubbing, shading or making notes on anything laid on top of it. Keep the sheets in order and identify the sheet of interest on a separate wrapper.

Legal representation in fraud and disputed-document claims

Tzion Bahalul, attorney and notary

A disputed signature on a contract, will or payment instruction raises two distinct questions: what can be learned from the document, and what legal steps are available. Tzion Bahalul & Co. handles the legal dispute, including civil fraud claims and recovery of funds in Israel.
