The sheet can carry information that is lost in a copy.
Forensic methods
A watermark or a possible physical fit between torn edges can help compare sheets. A scan showing a uniformly white page cannot rule out a watermark. Even a match in paper type does not identify who wrote on it.
If one contract page looks yellowish, retain the whole contract in its original order. First establish whether the pages were photographed together under the same lighting. The colour difference in the photographs alone cannot establish page substitution.
A disputed signature on a contract, will or payment instruction raises two distinct questions: what can be learned from the document, and what legal steps are available. Tzion Bahalul & Co. handles the legal dispute, including civil fraud claims and recovery of funds in Israel.
